These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and online store located at BEAUBE.SHOP (“Website”) and your purchase of any products offered through it.

These Terms apply to all orders placed through our online store by private consumers residing within the European Union.
For business-to-business sales, separate contractual terms may apply.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
3. Products and Availability
We strive to display accurate descriptions, images, and availability for all products.
However, slight variations in coloUr, packaging, or labelLing may occur.
If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a refund or replacement.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or discontinue items at any time.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in euros (€) and WILL include Finnish VAT (value-added tax) AT CHECKOUT unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are added separately and displayed at checkout.
We accept secure online payments via:
Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
Mobile payments (MobilePay, Apple Pay, etc.)
Online banking
Payment is processed at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is not successfully completed.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver within Finland and other EU countries using trusted courier or postal services.
Estimated delivery times:
Finland: 2–5 business days(UNLESS PRODUCT IS NOT ON HAND)
Other EU countries: 5–10 business days(UNLESS PRODUCT IS NOT ON HAND)
Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to external factors (postal delays, customs, weather, etc.).
If your order is delayed or lost, please contact BEAUBE@EURAFRIC.fi and we’ll assist you promptly.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Chapter 6) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
To exercise this right, notify us by email at returns@BEAUBE.fi before the 14-day period ends.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty and hair products (such as wigs, extensions, cosmetics, shampoos, creams, etc.) cannot be returned, unless they are faulty or incorrect.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at BEAUBE@EURAFRIC.fi.
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.
You may be asked to provide photos of the issue to help us assess the situation.
8. Customer Accounts
You may create an account to simplify future purchases.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Finnish data protection law.

5. Peruuttamisoikeus ja palautukset
Asiakkaalla on oikeus peruuttaa tilaus 14 päivän kuluessa tuotteen vastaanottamisesta.
Palautettavan tuotteen tulee olla käyttämätön, avaamaton ja alkuperäisessä pakkauksessa.
Hygieenisistä syistä avattuja tai käytettyjä hius- ja kauneudenhoitotuotteita ei voi palauttaa, ellei tuote ole virheellinen.

6. Vialliset tuotteet
Jos tuote on virheellinen tai väärä, ota yhteyttä faults@[yourstore].fi 7 päivän sisällä toimituksesta.
Korvaamme tai hyvitämme tuotteen maksutta.

Av hygieniska skäl kan öppnade hår- eller skönhetsprodukter inte returneras, om de inte är defekta.

Om du fått en felaktig eller fel produkt, kontakta oss inom 7 dagar på faults@[yourstore].fi.
Vi ersätter eller återbetalar produkten utan kostnad.
